In order to allow our staff to remote control your computer you need to do a few simple steps.
1) Download our remote control software (Windows only)
2) Select "Run" rather than "save" that way you'll always have the latest version.
3) You may need to allow the program to run through your firewall and User Account Control dialogue box.
4) Read out the ID code to our staff member when they ask for it.
5) We'll connect and do what we need to do.
6) When we're finished we'll disconnect.
Note we can only connect to your computer with your permission.
