We are offering an alternative to those people who find it difficult to make time for an appointment. You can now complete your individual tax return using a simple on-line questionaire and e-mail or fax system.
Your return will still be completed by one of our qualified staff. You will receive a full copy of your tax return via e-mail and have your fee deducted from your refund at no addtional cost.
Furthermore we offer a $10 discount off our regular schedule of fees for individual clients completing their return this way.

Step 1 Vist our registration page which will generate a link specifically for you to complete the questionnaire. You should generally receive the e-mail with the link within a few minutes.
Step 2 Complete the questionaire, don't worry if you don't have all the information, or aren't 100% sure, your information will be reviewed by our staff who will review all the information provided and ask for further details where required. It only takes a few minutes to complete and only asks the relevant questions for your situation.
Step 3 e-mail or fax your supporting documents for your return to be completed using our checklist. Once complete you will receive further instructions on the lodgement and payment process. If you have a rental property you might like to also use our detailed rental checklist.
Remember unlike some other online only services, our returns are backed by our "bricks and mortar" Accounting firm that has been operating since 1997. We are simply using technology to make the interview and documentation process easier and to save you time. You are still getting a "full-service" tax return.
