Assisted Online Tax Return
We are offering an alternative to those people who find it difficult to make time for an appointment. You can now complete your individual tax return using a simple on-line questionnaire and e-mail.
Your return will still be completed by one of our qualified accountants, not a trainees or offshore processing centre, or worse still with no review at all!.
You will receive a FULL copy of your tax return not just a one page leaflet via e-mail.
Furthermore we offer a $10 discount off our regular schedule of fees for individual clients completing their return this way.

Step 1
Complete the questionnaire, don’t worry if you don’t have all the information, or aren’t 100% sure, your information will be reviewed by our Accountants who will look at all the information provided and ask for further details where required. It only takes a few minutes to complete and only asks the relevant questions for your situation.
Step 2
E-mail your supporting documents for your return to be completed using our checklist. If you have a rental property you might like to also use our detailed rental checklist .

Step 3
Our Accountants will review your information, complete your return and e-mail a full copy to you. You can even sign electronically.
Remember unlike some other online only services, our returns are backed by our “bricks and mortar” Accounting firm that has been operating since 1997 .
We are simply using technology to make the interview and documentation process easier and to save you time. You are still getting a “full-service” tax return done by qualified accountants, not seasonal trainees, offshore processing centres or a computer.
Please note that from Mid October to July our office is closed on Friday, so online submissions made Thursday afternoon may not be seen until the following Monday.
